A company called "Mag Guts" is apparently making replacement followers and springs that allow you to add an extra round to single-stack pocket .380s like the Kahr CW380 and Glock 42. The kit is a little steep at $22 a pop, but worth it to get that extra round in a flush-fit mag. Initial impressions are that this is a reliable accessory.
